Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Amhof Trucking, Inc. (“Amhof,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit www.amhof.com. It covers this website only.

Information you give us

When you use one of our forms, the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, message, and any files you attach, are sent to the department you chose through our form service, Formspree.

Our Speak Up form lets drivers and employees raise concerns. Your name and contact details are optional on that form.

Job applications are handled by our applicant tracking provider, ApplicantList, on its own website. Information you submit there is governed by that provider’s privacy policy as well as this one.

Information collected automatically

This website does not use analytics or advertising tools today. It stores your cookie choices in a cookie on your device. When you send a form, Google reCAPTCHA checks that you are not a robot; Google may collect information about your browser and device for that check. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions, quote requests, and concerns
• To operate, maintain, and improve the website
• To understand which pages and content are useful to visitors
• To keep the site secure and to meet our legal obligations

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business (such as Formspree, which delivers our forms, and Google, which provides the spam check), when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

Your choices

• When you first visit, a notice explains our cookies. Optional cookies are on unless you opt out, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page.
• If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features, such as sending a form, may not work as expected if you do.
• You can contact us to ask about, correct, or delete information you have sent us.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites, including our social media pages, industry associations, customers, and partners. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

Security and retention

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No website or email transmission is completely secure. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above or as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
